DiNozzo walked out the the Elevator, like he did everyday when he came to work. He walked over to his desk, He passed Ziva who was not there. He then looked over to Gibbs's desk, and he was not there. So then he looked over to Mcgeek's desk, and what a surprise, He was there. A smile appeared on Tony's face, He looked around to see if Gibbs was near, and he moved in. Mcgee was glued to his computer screen and had no clue what was going on near him, So Tony raised his hand and slapped the back of Tim's head.

"Back to work Mcgeek." Tony said laughing.

And without looking to see where he was going, Tony turned around, very quickly back to his desk, but hit something, and then felt something hot poor on him. Then his eye's opened wide and left him speechless.

Gibbs shook his head as he stalked up behind the two men smacking Tony just as Tony just had with McGee. He had a smirk planted on his face."A taste of your own Medicine Tony, What I want to know is why you are late and McGee seems to be able to be here on time"He roused softly at the man who had just slapped the resident probie.

His visages turned to Ziva's desk, if she did show, she could be expected the same reception, though softer of course. He ran his orbs over the bullpen looking to see what was going on with the agents. He saw Jenny come down the stairs.. this wasn't a good sign. "Yes Jen"he stated as the woman called his name."I need the sit rep on the vivaldi case on my desk in ten."Gibbs rolled his eyes. He didn't have a sit rep on that case yet. He was still waiting on it from metro. He shook his head glaring as the woman went back up the stairs.
